comfy beds buffet restaurant basic rooms cold shower
the rooms are spacious and they have comfy beds, you know. every few days, the staff were round asking if we needed anything. they even changed bedding and towels for us. the buffet restaurant was amazing, and i have had the best food i have in a buffet for years.
the rooms are basic, yes. the shower in my room was not in a separate bathroom, it was at the doorway of the room. the shower also leaked and was cold, it was annoying. there was very rarely anyone at reception to report this, so i didnt.

friendly staff ideal location fantastic restaurant
The staff was cute and friendly. I found the location ideal for the Waterloo Music Bar. The buffet restaurant was fantastic (I especially liked the variety of dishes).
Parking was a bit difficult due to nearby permit parking.

the room was a great size. it was very clean and fresh towels arrived daily. the attention to detail was noticeable throughout the hotel. i found the restaurant buffet setting downstairs quite convenient (dinner was delicious).
it was a bit difficult to initially see where to check in, as the reception area wasn't immediately obvious.

Staff demonstrated attentiveness and professionalism. visitors receive a warm welcome. breakfast proved delicious and plentiful. Our room felt spacious, very clean and well-kept.
i found it slightly difficult to spot the check-in area as a clear reception desk was absent.
